About Becky Love
Ms. Love is a veteran of corporate business management who began her Human Resources & Staffing career in 1994 and began her experience with multi-family housing in 2006.
Ms. Love is the former Director of Property Management for Charles Street Properties; Chief Development Officer with Riley Fox Consulting; and CEO of Spruce Staffing. She has overseen many communities including New Development, Urban Revitalization, Tax Credit, Corporate Rentals and Commercial properties.
The King family has owned and operated a Commercial Facilities Management Company since 1981, so she likes to say she was born with property management in her blood.
Ms. Love oversees financial management, human resources, risk management, and operational functions for our Destin and Panama City Beach offices. She manages the daily operations for a high-growth portfolio of investment and primary residences within an HOA, COA and POA, bringing strong experience and support to the Florida CSC team.
She is a Certified Manager of Community Associations with CAMicb and Licensed Florida CAM.
Becky enjoys beach days & nature hikes with her dog Gypsy, riding horses, painting and participates in Marathons across the U.S.
